of his powers, the President opens, chairs and closes the sittings of the National Assembly; announces the bills submitted to the National Assembly and assigns them to the relevant Committees; ensures that appropriate conditions exist for the work of the Committees
of the National Assembly and the Members; promulgates the adopted resolutions, declarations, and addresses.
